Instrument Introduction
This device utilizes two-photon imaging combined with a miniature head-mounted camera component, enabling real-time acquisition and analysis of fluorescent signals from different brain regions in freely moving small animals. The device features an exceptionally large field of view (420 µm x 420 µm) and an ideal resolution of 1.3 µm, allowing simultaneous observation of the activity of up to hundreds of neurons, with a detection frame rate of 50 fps.
