Instrument Introduction

The EthoVision XT animal behavior tracking system can record and analyze the movement track and activity status of animals in the test area in real time, and obtain relevant data parameters such as the animal's location, travel distance, the time spent in a certain area, as well as visualization results such as the path shape and trajectory heat map. Combined with different hardware devices, it can be used for various experiments such as Open Field, Light Dark Box, Novel Object Recognition, 3-Chamber Social Interaction, Elevated Plus Maze, Y-maze, and Water Maze.
