Instrument Introduction

Cytek Aurora CS full-spectrum flow cytometer is a Cell Sorter that combines Cytek's breakthrough full-spectrum analysis technology with advanced sorting technology. It has the following characteristics:
1）It can identify the full picture of the emission spectrum information of dyes under excitation light and distinguish similar dyes with highly overlapping spectra.
2）It can automatically perform spectral analysis on multi-color data, reducing the human factors involved in traditional compensation.
3）The instrument is equipped with five lasers 64 fluorescence channels at 355nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561nm and 640 nm, capable of simultaneously detecting, analyzing and sorting single cells in 40+ colors.
4）The autofluorescence of cells can be detected and identified as an independent parameter, providing better signal resolution in the detection of highly autofluorescence samples and samples expressing fluorescent proteins.
5）Sorting selection: sorting up to 6 kind of cell subsets and sorting into 96- or 384-well plates.
