Instrument Introduction

The Sony SA3800 flow cytometer adopts Sony's full spectrum analysis technology and is equipped with 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, and 638nm lasers. The spectral information of fluorescence is collected through a high-sensitivity 32 channel photomultiplier tube. It is possible to repeatedly input and retrieve standard fluorescein spectra and experimental color matching information from the spectral library. Fluorescence analysis is simple and convenient, and the detection process is accurate, reliable, and efficient. 3D AutoSampler can move in three dimensions: front back, left and right, and up and down, making it convenient for high-speed and stable sample loading. Simultaneously supporting flow tubes, 96 well plates, and 384 well plates for high-throughput, fast, reliable, and low residue automatic sample loading. The user interface is intuitive and easy to understand, which can meet the automatic detection conditions of different experimental needs and is suitable for large sample size detection.
