Olympus FluoView™ FV1000

Item Name : Olympus FluoView™ FV1000

Description:
The Olympus FluoView™ FV1000 is a next-generation imaging system designed for high-resolution, confocal observation of biological samples. The FV1000 offers advances in confocal system performance while providing the speed and sensitivity required for imaging with minimal risk of damage to specimens. In addition, the FV1000 offers a revolutionary synchronized laser scanning system called the SIM Scanner. While one laser stimulates, the second laser simultaneously provides high-resolution imaging.

  • Optical sectioning and three dimension reconstruction of slide-based specimens (as small as 0.2 microns). Transmitted light detector for brightfield or DIC imaging
  • SIM scanner for photoactivation/photobleaching at high temporal resolution with a 405 nm laser independently of the imaging lasers.
  • Inverted IX81 microscope with motorized XY stage, epifluorescence and DIC illumination
  • Standard epifluorescence imaging of DAPI, Cyan, Green, and Yellow Fluorescent protein, Cy3 and Texas Red.
  • Imaging lasers wavelengths: 405nm, 458nm, 488nm, 515nm, 543nm, 633nm
  • Objectives: 20x/0.75, 40x/1.0 oil, 60x/1.42 oil,
